Floor Grommets
- For a traditional data centers with a raised floor , most of the structural cabling or power lines are run between plenum below raised floor. To connect these cables to server racks, multiple cutouts are made which causes major leakages and loss off cold air. Hampering the efficiency of the data center operation.
- Our surface Pro-Locks helps data center operators to seal such gaps efficiently. Made with UL-94-V0 grade plastic components, our products are flame retardants and specifically made for data center application only.
Supply Air Grill
- Air grill tiles made of mild steel with 500kg point load capacity tested with third party certification. Available from 45% open surface area to 82% open surface area. Air grill tiles comes with gear type opposed blade volume control dampers for better control on air flow and under floor pressure.
- We also manufacture customised air grills required for non standard floor grid size. Our client can customize the tile designs as per their requirement. Few of the technical specifications of the supply air grill tiles are available below.
Server Rack Blanking Panels
Pro-Fill blanking panels are easy-to-use and tool-free components designed specifically for standard 19” server rack channels complying with EIA-310 standards. The Pro-Fill is available in 3 variants.

The Pac Hood / Pac Extensions help isolate hot and cold air in the data center, further improving cooling efficiency. CRAC extensions are standard practice for increasing the Delta-T across cooling units by taking in warmer air from a higher elevation in the room.

The Egg Crate Ceiling Grille is used most effectively with hot aisle containment to allow hot IT equipment exhaust air to pass into the False-ceiling void and be directed back to the PAC unit.
Our Return Air Ceiling Grill Tile airflow management solution is an important tool in helping design an energy efficient data center. It is designed to work with the natural properties of rising hot air. Egg Crate Ceiling Grille is used most effectively with hot aisle containment to allow hot IT equipment exhaust air to pass into the False-ceiling void and be directed back to the PAC unit.
