Supply Air Grill
- Air grill tiles made of mild steel offer a point load capacity of 500 kg, tested and certified by third-party agencies. They are available with open surface areas ranging from 45% to 82%. These tiles are equipped with gear-type opposed blade volume control dampers for precise control of data center air flow and underfloor pressure.
- We also manufacture customized air grills for non-standard floor grid sizes, allowing clients to tailor designs based on specific requirements. PAC Hood or PAC Extensions help isolate hot and cold air within data centers, improving overall data center cooling efficiency. CRAC extensions are commonly used to increase the Delta T across cooling units by drawing warmer air from higher levels within the room, supporting effective data center airflow management.

Vertical blanking panels provide an effective solution to cover the side gaps between server racks and the rack edges at the front. Our Return Air Ceiling Grill Tile airflow management solution is an important tool in helping design an energy efficient data center. It is designed to work with the natural properties of rising hot air. Egg Crate Ceiling Grille is used most effectively with hot aisle containment to allow hot IT equipment exhaust air to pass into the False-ceiling void and be directed back to the PAC unit.
