Floor Grommets

  • In traditional data centres with raised floors, most structural cabling and power lines run through the plenum beneath the floor. Multiple cutouts are created to connect these cables to server racks, leading to air leakage and loss of cold air, which reduces the efficiency of data center cooling and overall operations.
  • Our surface Pro-Locks help operators seal these gaps effectively. Made from UL 94 V0 grade plastic components, these flame-retardant solutions are specifically designed for data center infrastructure applications, ensuring improved airflow management and energy efficiency.

Supply Air Grill

  • Air grill tiles made of mild steel offer a point load capacity of 500 kg, tested and certified by third-party agencies. They are available with open surface areas ranging from 45% to 82%. These tiles are equipped with gear-type opposed blade volume control dampers for precise control of data center air flow and underfloor pressure.
  •  We also manufacture customized air grills for non-standard floor grid sizes, allowing clients to tailor designs based on specific requirements. Key technical specifications of the supply air grill tiles are provided below, supporting efficient data center airflow management and data center cooling.

Server Rack Blanking Panels

  • Pro-Fill blanking panels are easy-to-use, tool-free components designed for standard 19” server rack channels in compliance with EIA-310 standards. Pro-Fill is available in three variants:

    1. 1U Pro-Fill
    2. 2U Pro-Fill Eco Series.
    3. 1U Pro-Fill Eco Series

    The 1U Pro-Fill features a curved design that compresses when installed in stacked positions, ensuring maximum air sealing to effectively separate hot and cold air zones. The Pro-Fill Eco Series offers a modular design, where a 2U blanking panel can be split into two 1U panels, supporting efficient data center airflow management and improved data center cooling.

Pro-Active Tile

  • Pro-Active floor tile is a powered airflow enhancement solution designed to deliver chilled air precisely where it is needed within data centers, while efficiently removing heated exhaust air back to computer room air conditioners (CRACs).

  • Pro-Active top-of-the-line models are thermostatically controlled using integrated temperature sensors, ensuring optimized data center airflow management and improved data center cooling performance.

Pac Return Hood

PAC Hood or PAC Extensions help isolate hot and cold air within data centers, improving overall data center cooling efficiency. CRAC extensions are commonly used to increase the Delta T across cooling units by drawing warmer air from higher levels within the room, supporting effective data center airflow management.

Vertical Rack Blanking Panels

Vertical blanking panels provide an effective solution to cover the side gaps between server racks and the rack edges at the front. This helps improve airflow to installed equipment and reduces internal hot air recirculation within the rack, enhancing overall data center airflow management and data center cooling efficiency.

As heat loads increase, the demand for efficient cooling also rises in data centers. Hot air tends to recirculate over the cabinet, causing temperatures in the upper sections to increase.

High heat loads can be effectively managed by eliminating hot air recirculation using ducted hot air return systems, improving data center airflow management and overall data center cooling performance

Return Air Ceiling Grill Tile

Our return air ceiling grill tile airflow management solution plays a key role in designing energy-efficient data centers. It is designed to utilize the natural rise of hot air for effective heat management. The egg crate ceiling grille works efficiently with hot aisle containment systems, allowing hot exhaust air from IT equipment to pass into the false ceiling void and be redirected back to the PAC unit, improving overall data center cooling.
